Scheduled an eye exam appointment there because they were in network with no copay, supposedly. Had to fill out so much inappropriate info online that I was about to give up already just for that reason alone, but I pushed through. The appointment was confirmed with Ritu Ahuja office, with no mention of the other actual Dr. that I had selected, but OK, fine. Drove there and get told copay was $39, and when I then mentioned that it was supposed to be covered according to VSP the kid at the reception said yes, it might say so, but they do these extra services and it was the office’s policy to no do it without these. So I canceled out of principle and showed my frustration about them wasting my time, but the kid clearly was proud of the situation, definitely did not show regret or apologized for time wasted and I am sure they will not update their web presence and disclose this BS that they are doing. Pretty sure this is against their agreement with the insurance network as well.

Me and my family really like this shops and the drinks are very good! We always come here when we go to valley fair 😁

Everything was pretty smooth except the first phase of eye exam took a bit longer than my past experiences at Dr Cindy Yu's place(she is retired now). Also the machine showing big red rings was a bit scary and uncomfortable. Otherwise, the crew were super kind and helpful.

I was very disappointed with my appointment at this location! First of all, my son and I had to wait for our scheduled appointments. Secondly, when bright back to the exam room, I did not see the optician clean the equipment before using them on me. Thirdly, In the exam room, I noticed the equipment was dusty and dirty!!! And finally, the Dr was not very friendly AND she did not provide the two prescriptions that I asked for!! Also, we had to wait a very long time to get the prescriptions and check out!! Very disappointed. Oh, also, for this location, I found the assortment of frames lacking and in disarray. I will NOT return to this location.

My five star experience was mainly due to the amazing service I received from Christopher! He provided an excellent customer experience; was very friendly and polite during the examination process. I’m accustomed to a “transactional” experience at a doctors office however this visit was quite the opposite! It was very personable and filled with positive vibes! Based on this experience, I would come back for my next eye exam or lens purchase. Kudos to Christopher! Dr. Ahjua was also great! She was very nice and informative.
