The eye exam was quick and professional. I got my new glasses for a good deal. After a month or so, I returned because one of my lenses wasn't right. Benjamin readjusted my glasses for free and was helpful. I'll definitely let people that I know to come here.
The service I received at Lens Crafters was amazing. The doctor was great, he answered all my questions and actually made my visit a fun experience. Marilyn Miguel helped me at the desk. She was very personable, answered all my questions and she was so helpful. I loved her approach to the whole process. I just ordered my contacts at this visit but when I return to order my glasses I will definitely ask for Marilyn.
I’ve been coming here for several years now and always had great customer service. I’ve had various Optometrist in the past and they were all good. Today I had Dr. Sterns and he was very good. The staff at the front desk were cordial and professional. Maria, the assistant prepped my intake exam and test. DJ finalized the fitting of glasses that I purchased. They were all excellent. I highly recommend this place.
Benjamin and Stephanie helped me out after a couple of optical shops have turned me down because they'd rather have me buy than see if they can repair my broken frames. Ben was able to fix my glasses! Not a current customer but definitely will be a future customer once my insurance kicks in.
I was playing basketball at a nearby gym, and my frames got bent during a hustle play. And let me tell you, crooked glasses are not the business. So I popped into LensCrafters, and Benjamin was able to fix them up for me lickety split, no charge. He was very friendly, and we had a nice chat. Great service/experience. Would definitely return! A+++
