The service I received at Lens Crafters was amazing. The doctor was great, he answered all my questions and actually made my visit a fun experience. Marilyn Miguel helped me at the desk. She was very personable, answered all my questions and she was so helpful. I loved her approach to the whole process. I just ordered my contacts at this visit but when I return to order my glasses I will definitely ask for Marilyn.
Christian was very helpful and I know he has been at this location for about 5 years so if you have questions he is a great help. This location has a lot to choose from and they are highly detailed.
I’ve been coming here for several years now and always had great customer service. I’ve had various Optometrist in the past and they were all good. Today I had Dr. Sterns and he was very good. The staff at the front desk were cordial and professional. Maria, the assistant prepped my intake exam and test. DJ finalized the fitting of glasses that I purchased. They were all excellent. I highly recommend this place.
I originally had made an appointment here cause I used to go to the one in Fresno. And they were absolutely great IN FRESNO. But I show up here and they refused to see me cause I arrived and spoke to the front desk lady at 3:44. My appointment was at 3:40. I wasn’t even 5 mins late. But they told me I was just SO LATE. Like ok? I’ll just take my business elsewhere.
Benjamin was the best! Came in to repair my glasses. He was helpful, friendly and repaired my glasses! Would highly recommend Lens Crafters! Their customer service is the best!
