I just want to say that this location is amazing. We bring my daughter here and the staff is amazing especially the front end staff, Evelyn, Tiffani, Karla, Ayla and Delores. They are very helpful, kind, and always took care of any concerns or questions I had. They are also very professional and despite everything they have to do I have never seen them upset or aggravated. They are always happy and smiling and very approachable. I really appreciate everything they do and for always making sure that my concerns are addressed as well as directing me towards the best care for my daughter and family. As well as the dental side I have the same praise for them as well as I have had bad experiences with dental in the past with other places I have gone and always feared dentist but this location has amazing dental staff in front and in the back. All around amazing care and place I’d recommend to all. By far the best dentist I’ve experienced Dr. Sethi. Very knowledgeable and helpful answered all my questions and concerns and gentle. No pain all around great experience. Thank you family health care network!!!!!!!

As a patient here for many years, I can confidently say that the care provided by this team is absolutely exceptional. The outstanding experience begins right at the front desk with Tiffany's warm welcome and extends to Dr. Kang-Hans's wonderful medical assistant. I always feel like I am in the safest possible hands with Dr. Kang-Hans. She is incredibly knowledgeable, deeply compassionate, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure I feel supported. I am deeply grateful for the unwavering trust and care I receive during every visit.

I love Family Healthcare Network on Mooney Blvd, in Visalia,CA. My doctor, Dr. Kang-Hans treats us like we matter and doesn’t care about medical insurance. She’s been my primary care physician for over 3 years and I am grateful to God for Dr. Kant-Hans and the entire Mooney Blvd team. The Receptionist, the medical assistants. Everyone is professional. Best medical clinic on record in my opinion.

Jefferson Paine and his team are incredible! Ranna is top notch and they all go above and beyond. Listen to me as a person and not just another complaining patient. Can’t describe how great they are. Thank you so much guys for all you do for me!!

FHCN-Mooney site - Front staff receptionists to MA's have been very friendly, courteous & helpful. I have had multiple appts in one week/month with Medical, Dental, Optometry. I have seen Dr. Mendez in Dental, he's friendly & cares about treatment, due to my own health needs I had to be referred out for certain procedures but that was quick as well. My Dr. Amy Marks is friendly, direct, listens and takes care of the issues I bring up, followed up with a call to me that she called in prescription. I feel I have been taken care of with all my health needs. The gals up front are who you see first and they are always friendly and greet you with a smile. I prefer this location on Mooney over the other ones. I myself am happy with the customer service and definitely feel they are taking care of my health needs/concerns.
