Met with Gabriel who was exceptionally gracious and took care of my eyeglass prescription in short order, as was the case two years ago for my last set of eyeglasses. He processed my insurance and provided my copay, I was in and out of the store in under 15mins. Highly Recommend!!
I went for re-adjustment of my glasses that I previously purchased from this place and Gabriel did a great 👍 job! So professional and precise. This place always provides a great service to me I was so happy purchasing my new glasses and did my exam. I am going to continue coming back in Saratoga LensCrafters.
This is the best store in the Bay, and Gabriel is the best. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Date of visit 2/11/26 This is for the location on 1620 Saratoga Avenue in San Jose. Jay was awesome in helping me select a pair of glasses and offered excellent customer service on a day where I was very tired and drained coming off of a grave shift. She explained everything to me carefully made the whole process comfortable and never made me feel rushed which was very much appreciated!
Best eye exam ever and the staff was amazing from start to finish. Shout out to Gabreal who helped me pick out my frames and set me up with a great pair of glasses!
