I had a fantastic experience at LensCrafters! The entire staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive from start to finish. Heather was especially wonderful—she took the time to guide me through everything with patience and expertise. Highly recommend!

The people were very nice, but Lens Crafters is trying to reduce costs by using telemed for the doctor review of results. The tech is not working well, so an appointment that should have taken 30 minutes took an hour and a half, and I was told I might need to return to complete the visit because they kept having to reboot the system to upload images. As a result, I spent an hour and a half at Lens Crafters and still do not have a new prescription so I was unable to purchase new glasses. Again, the people on site were professional and pleasant, but the technology being used for cost savings (which results in more profit for Lens Crafters, not lower prices for customers) is immature and should be considered a beta product not ready for use in the real world. For my next annual eye exam I will be searching for an optometrist with a private practice who can do everything on site during my appointment.
Dr. Cooperman is a very nice guy and a good doctor. Eugene is great! He was very attentive and helpful..........ask for Eugene!
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptional. A definite go to when you need frames lenses or a prescription.
The woman that helped me was so helpful. She took the time to listen to my concerns on glasses and cost. She explained everything very well outlined my insurance and gave me options to stick to my budget. The Doctor was very knowledge and gave me great options for what to expect with my eyes going forward. Having cataracts he was very encouraging of detailing how long I had. The gentlemen who did my initial exam was funny and made me feel very comfortable. I had tried Costco because it was cheaper, but after 2 times of the prescription not being right and the employees not able to put the correct dot on the height and then telling me that they couldn't fit the prescription in any of their glasses I decided to go back to lense crafters. They might a little bit more expensive but they actually know what they are doing and have a fabulous selection of glasses for any budget
