Visiting from out of town and my glasses needed repairs right away as I had no backup pair with me. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. I only waited about 5 minutes and they had fixed my glasses with a smile. I offered to pay and they declined. A1 service. Highly recommend!!
Highly recommend! They have several examination rooms, a wide selection of eyewear from different brands, and the staff is very professional and thorough. Although the outside/front of the store could use a little touch-up, the service inside more than makes up for it. My 5-year-old had her eyes examined here after her school initially misdiagnosed her eyesight. The team at LensCract checked her eyes multiple times and took their time to be absolutely sure. In the end, they confirmed she has perfect 20/20 vision. The only prescription given was protective glasses to help shield her eyes when using a tablet, cellphone, or watching TV. Very reassuring experience as a parent. Honest, careful, and professional care—I’m glad we came here. 👓✨
Lens Crafters in Anaheim is the best! Shout out to Jennifer for her birthday and initial service when I first came in, and thank you Janet for ensuring my glasses fit properly once I received the text stating my glasses were ready. The Customer Service here is absolutely superb! I came to have new lenses installed in my glasses; they were done in apprx. 3 days! I highly recommend this location- I will definitely come back here when I purchase my next set of glasses! Thank you ☺️
I had a great experience at LensCrafters. Their service was fast, efficient, and professional from start to finish. Especially Sohair who gave me an excellent recommendations and helped me find the best options for my needs without any pressure. Her service was outstanding and she was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I was also impressed by their wide selection of frames and different brands, making it easy to find something stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend LensCrafters for anyone looking for quality eyewear and excellent service.
Stepped on my eyeglasses and busted the frames. Luckily, I had bought a spare just in case. I was that guy showing up at 9:01 to ask if they could swap the lenses. Emily, swapped them in under 10 minutes and waived the fee. Exceptionally friendly place, I highly recommend this Lens Crafters location. A+
