Andrea was amazing! She is the expert on all the frame and lens options they have. She showed me the best lenses for my prescription. She told me that Lenscrafters has a really good deal with Lenscrafters Plus so I plan on going back for 3 more pairs that I was eyeing.
I needed my lens changed for my sunglasses and unfortunately, the store I bought them from couldn’t perform it. I came into LensCrafters and they were able to help me out. Josh was great! He was able to not only switch the lens but also changed the temples and sized them to fit my face well. Thank you!
I had a great experience at the LensCrafters in Victorville. Dan and Josh provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond repairing my glasses. Even though it was a minor repair, they took the time to go through everything with me and helped me later on as well. I really appreciate their professionalism and care.
I went to LensCrafters to have my eyeglasses repaired, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly polite, and the receptionist, Ain, was so friendly, professional, and welcoming. She tightened a loose hinge and realigned my glasses at no charge, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to her excellent customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back to buy my next pair of glasses. Highly recommend!
Jackie (sales associate) was kind, helpful, and efficient. She took her time helping my son with adjusting his new prescription Ray-ban’s even though we ordered his prescription online. Really appreciate an outstanding, above and beyond customer service provided by Jackie.
