I absolutely love this vision center! Everyone there is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They make the whole experience easy and comfortable every time I go. I always find the perfect glasses at a very reasonable price, and the quality is great. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and great prices!
Entire family has been going here many years. Eye doctor is great. However, if you don't have your insurance card or a photo even if insurance has never changed the entire 10 plus years and you have an authorized letter already in place they will cancel your appointment. Apparently they must have your insurance card even when they already have it on file. Maybe this should be addressed when making appointment. Insurance card must be present or appointment canceled.
The doctor was very thorough. The nurses were very kind and willing to assist in any way. The doctor explained in great detail to the questions I asked. The ladies at the front desk explained all the paperwork and made sure that we understood everything before we left. I came in with double vision and by the end of my appointment the doctor corrected it. I'm grateful for all their help.
Everyone in the office was absolutely amazing and I was impressed (and being in the medical field as not only a human nurse, but an animal nurse as well, it is extraordinarily difficult to impress me) with how friendly and kind and funny everyone was and how compassionate they all were. From the doctor to the secretary everyone was amazing. Highly recommend.
The appointment lady is always in a bad mood and doesn't let you finish your sentence/question. Everyone else is a pleasure! So friendly and helpful.
