Joshua B. THANK YOU for your kind and wonderful customer service. You have a powerful source of knowledge and skills in your specialty of work as a Licensed Optician. Thank you for adjusting the fit on my glasses. I have had very bad experience in different Opticians adjusting my glasses...and each time with more and more adjusting it becomes worse then before I brought it in. YOU have great skills on adjusting glasses without having to redo multiple times. To anyone out there that needs to have adjustments done to their glasses, JOSHUA B. is the person to go to at the Adelanto Walmart. You will not be disappointed nor have your frames messed up as I have experienced before from other Opticians. ASK to see JOSHUA B. for all your glasses needs. Again... JOSHUA B. you are very knowledgeable, skilled, kind and let's not forget your superb customer service the day of my visits. I had an incredible experience! Desiree helped me purchase my contacts and was also very knowledgeable about my glasses. Their customer service was exceptional. I will definitely be coming back for my eyewear needs and bring my husband in after his exam!

Desiree was so helpful and patient with helping me find glasses. The other staff was so nice and helpful as well. They even tried to find my insurance when I did not know what it was to help me save more money.

Completely messed up my glasses. The eye doctor there would not listen. And now I have messed up glasses for the year because insurance won't pay again. So mostly I go without. The optometrist opinion doesn't overshadowed you own eyesight. Not to mention the techs couldn't even perform the glaucoma test correctly. Also I find it suspicious that they have a 5 star rating. No business is that perfect.
