Great service!! They helped me with my broken sun glasses.They also have a variety of nice style sunglasses for every occasion. Shareef Wahdan was the person who helped me! Very pleasant and nice. Great customer service. The service was fast and easy. He took the time to measure them on me and have my sunglasses fit to my size. Thank you so much! I've been going here for years and I love it here. Today I was able to work with Alex and he was awesome with getting new the best lens matched with the best price. He did an awesome job educating me.

I have been a customer of LensCrafters in Glendale for nearly 10 years, but I have never had such a terrible experience. I paid for an eye exam and then paid the full cost of a pair of glasses. After waiting two weeks, I received the glasses, but over the following week, I was plagued by headaches and eye pain. I returned to the store, where they explained the situation: the exam results indicated one set of vision parameters, while the doctor had written a completely different set on the prescription (????). They admitted that it was their mistake and promised to replace the glasses. I was told the order would be ready within two weeks. Today marks the middle of the third week; I called the store and was informed that the glasses are still not ready, with a new completion date set for May 20th. I am not at all confident that they won't push back this deadline yet again. This is simply a mockery of the customer. I used to recommend this store to everyone, but now my advice is: stay away from them. LensCrafters Glendale Galleria

I had an absolutely amazing experience at LensCrafters and truly can’t say enough good things about this visit. From start to finish, everything felt welcoming, smooth, and genuinely pleasant. My eye exam with Dr. Lillyt Ouzounian was wonderful—she was incredibly kind, sweet, and funny, which instantly made me feel comfortable. She explained everything about my eyes clearly and straightforwardly, taking the time to make sure I understood without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed, and it was obvious she truly cares about her patients. Afterward, Antonio helped me pick out my glasses, and he was just as amazing—so sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made the process fun and stress-free and helped me choose two pairs of glasses, Prada and Versace, that I absolutely love. He really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything felt right. On top of all that, the store had great prices and deals, which made the entire experience even better and left me feeling grateful and excited rather than worried about cost. Overall, this was such a positive, kind, and memorable experience, and I walked out feeling taken care of and happy. Huge thanks to Dr. Ouzounian, Antonio, and the entire LensCrafters team for such excellent service—I’ll definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone.
