Came in to get my new glasses. I’m an American best customer but their frame are lowkey old and mostly not much option fashion wise compare to LensCrafters. I had Esteban greet me and help me out. Really happy with my 2 new glasses purchase and his service. He answer all my question and really gave me time to try out all the glasses. He’s very patient and had an awesome customer service by far for my experience. I probably just gonna come here more and stop going to American best. lol. Thank You Esteban!

I’ve had such a great experience with the team at LensCrafters. They recently replaced my nose pads for free and were very fast, which I really appreciated because it made my glasses feel brand new again. I’ve also come in multiple times to replace my lenses due to scratches, and thankfully I got the warranty. Every single time they’ve been incredibly helpful, patient, and efficient. The process has always been smooth, and they never make it feel like an inconvenience. It’s rare to find such consistent and friendly customer service these days. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for quality care and support with your glasses.

I was looking forward to getting contacts for the first time and then the doctor (Dr. Pavit) sees me and her attitude just brings my mood down. She’s talking like as if I’m dumb like girl I’m not an Eye Doctor. I’m just answering your questions and when it came to buying the contacts, she was rushing me and just seemed irritated and just like laughing at me she’s like well you’re gonna have to see if you want this or that until we move on or something and she was not helpful at all and then her assistant (Tatiana) tried “helping me” but not really I just watched a video and she came back and was like ok two ways to take your eye contacts off and they only taught me one way I was like what’s the other way and then she was like this is the only way but I’m like you just said there was two ways and I’m over there crying and I’m like ok how do I take this off and she just walks away and sends in another guy (Titus) that actually helps me.

Great service at LensCrafters. I was in and out quickly and was able to order exactly what I needed without any hassle. Jessica helped me during my visit and she was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. Really appreciate the smooth experience! 👓

Better off making the drive up to mission valley. The customer service is lacking, had to get my lenses returned to correct them 3 times. And took over a month to get my contacts in after calling them 3 separate times.
