I just rescheduled my eye exam for this year. Amy helped me and she was amazing. Spent almost an hour on the phone with me and was kind every minute. She was thorough and went through my insurance, asked the right questions, gave me options for my specific situation. I have never felt more cared for from a LensCrafter's assistant. So many of the locations have horrible customer service, but not this one. I feel like they treat you like family. I highly recommend this place for it's excellent customer service and doctors. I also go there because of Dr. Yokota. She was amazing as well. Felt super comfortable and she explained things well. Make this location your go - to for your eye care.

This location has the best and nicest doctors and the staff is really friendly and helpful too. If you need an eye exam and glasses I recommend this place.

I had THE best experience! The staff is amazing; shout-out to Melissa for helping me out with everything, and shout out to the Doctor too, she was also great and super professional ! They all do so great and it’s obvious they have that good vibe. I hope lens crafters also takes care of their team as well as they take care of customers

Ezrah was Amazing! Aside from having a cool name He was very attentive and patient with my daughter. On top of that he had a positive personality and great communication. The Doctor was amazing as well, she was very informative and kind . I am so thankful that they did not rush me and took their time on checking my daughters eyes .

They're all very professional, informative, and courteous. The store was laid out with the customer's comfort in mind. Their inventory of glasses are wide- ranging that I didn't have a hard time choosing.
