I’m quite shocked by the amount of positive reviews because my experience was less than impressive. I’ll give 2 stars because Dr. Frank is a decent doctor. I first called for an eye exam explaining that I was moving to Florida in a few weeks and wanted to ensure that there was time to receive glasses (and ample time to ensure they were correct) before I left. I was told it would take about a week for them to come in. Ok great! That works. Two weeks later no word on my glasses. When I finally got to pick them up, they were plain distance glasses with no transition. Then I get quoted a price on the glasses which were already paid for!!! Thankfully I had the receipt to prove it. Ok, to make it right, I was told I could keep the pair that was wrong and they would remake the glasses and mail them to me. So I’m driving to the “sunshine state” with no transition in the lenses. Today I get a call that my glasses are ready with the new winter hours so I know when I can pick them up. I’m in Florida now. Won’t be getting there anytime soon. If I were still in PA , I would not return to that office. Oh, and by the way, I had to ask for a case and cleaning solution after nothing was offered to me.
