I am very impressed with my visit today, Excellent and very thorough eye exam, I am a question asker and they were so very patient with answering all my questions. Also they went above and beyond making sure I received the best patient/customer care possible. Also I am such a picky eye glass frame wearer, they seen I was not 100% happy with the selection available in store, (This does not mean they did not have a wide and nice selection) They took in consideration in what I liked and did not like in a frame and are ordering several other frames to meet to my satisfaction of frame size/and color. I felt so appreciated today! Thank You Fairbury Vision Center staff, For going above and beyond! You’re the Best! I highly recommend Fairbury Vision Center if you want to be treated like you deserve the best and get the best! Also Dr Josh Dudek is an amazing Optometrist! Definitely One of the Best!

The staff at this clinic seem quite competent and professional and I'm overall happy with the entire experience I had within the clinic. My concern is just getting to and from the clinic from their public parking lot. The staff at this clinic have formed a habit of not checking their surroundings before leaving the parking lot and they almost hit my disabled mother who was navigating the parking lot to go back to her vehicle in her wheelchair. The staff blamed my mother for the incident because "there's usually nobody there!" instead of saying sorry for not looking. They also have admitted to almost hitting kids on bikes on a post on their public Facebook page because they don't think they should check their surroundings before moving their car. Mistakes happen, so I'm not mad over an accidental near-miss, but I am so concerned about the safety of myself and my family because of their staff refusing to take any accountability for these incidents and not thinking they should look before moving their car that I am actually overlooking the otherwise positive experience I had at this clinic and switching to a clinic with staff that know how to drive, and I'd advise anyone else exploring eye clinics to do the same. I'd hate to see what might've happened to my disabled mother had that staff member been driving an older vehicle without safety features that forced her to stop against her will because the car detected what she failed to check for.

Everyone was very kind and attentive to your experience. My questions got answered my appointment was handled with care and absolute expertise. I have no concerns and I can’t comment on how they can better themselves when they were hands don’t amazing and very professional. Thank you!

I always have a great experience at Fairbury Vision Center! Everyone is friendly, efficient , and knowledgeable! Dr Stoller takes his time to answer questions and is very thorough!

The lady who helped me find a pair of glasses was SO sweet, fun, and really made me laugh. I can't think of her name though....I told her I trusted her judgment with what she could find, and my goodness, I couldn't decide between 8 different pairs! 😜🤣🤣 The doctors there are so caring, patient, as are the ladies up front.
