Came to pick them up and asked the guy if he could adjust them, and he bent one arm way inwards towards my neck, and didn’t bother asking again because I felt like he’d probably just mess it up more. The lens on my left side was also popping out of the front of the frames when I received them. I had to fix both of these at home myself. The guy also went on some rant about how he recommends to clean the glasses and cloth and blah blah blah; No one appreciates a lecture especially when it’s something so simple as cleaning glasses. The only reason I might recommend this to someone is if they wanted to choose from a variety of frames, but honestly you could just go to Pontiac Family Vision or just look online.

TERRIBLE!!! None of them know what they are doing!! Got my money back and went back to my eye doctor for correct measurements of glasses, and got them for cheaper and new frames. Pontiac, IL eye vision is terrible. The one in Morris, IL was good over a year ago.
