I've been seeing Dr Brown at Pontiac Family Eye Care for several years. She is an excellent Dr and has wonderful "bedside manner", so to speak. She is very thorough in explaining things and showing visuals to address my situation. Dr Brown and her techs are so great to work with! Front desk and the girls working in the eyeglasses also make the whole experience comfortable!!
I won't trust any other eye Doctor's office but Family Eye Care. Iwas treated very well. Everyone was so very nice and I feel taken care of there. They deserve a metal. Very quick service. Dr. Stoller is so great with my special issue! Love their frames too. Everyone very nice! Plus, it is a very pretty, and clean place.
After several years of procrastination I made an appointment to have my eyes checked thinking I most likely needed new glasses. After having some images of my eyes with various machines were taken by a very capable and pleasant technician, Taylor and then reviewed by Dr Stoller I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there was very little change in my vision so no change of prescription was needed at this time. I could keep my glasses that I really liked. Dr Stoller was very clear in his explanation and let me decide. I feel relieved for finally going for a check up and for the trust I feel for Dr Stoller and his friendly and efficient staff at Pontiac Family Eye Care.
I had questions regarding details about cataract surgery. All of my questions were answered and we developed a plan that was right for me, not a cookie cutter plan, all because my needs were heard. Dr. Stoller is terrific!
