The environment is absolutely awesome and different at this practice. I’ve never experienced the level of care in all of my years of going for eye care. From the call, to check in and being seen by the doctor. I’ve been to several specialist and never received some of the answers & valuable information that I received at Family Vision. This office doesn’t feel like a doctor’s visit. It feels like going to a nice house of a family member who is a doctor. I have found a place to take my entire family. GREAT JOB!

I cannot thank everyone at Fallas Family Vision enough for the exceptional care I received. I was experiencing severe eye inflammation, pain, and sensitivity to light. I first went to an urgent care, where I was diagnosed with pink eye. Since I had never experienced anything like this before, I was told to see an eye doctor within the next couple of days. After calling several eye doctors and struggling to get an appointment, I received a call back from the receptionist at Fallas Family Vision. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about what I was going through. She reassured me that they would get me in to see the doctor that same day, which immediately put my mind at ease. When I arrived, Dr. Fallas carefully listened as I explained everything that had been happening. After examining my eye, he quickly recognized that I didn't have pink eye—I had iritis. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and started me on the proper treatment right away. I honestly started feeling better the very same day after beginning the prescribed medications. Thank you to Dr. Fallas and the entire team at Fallas Family Vision for your professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion. You made me feel heard, cared for, and confident that I was in the right hands. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Dr. Fallas explains everything clearly with any procedure. I got eye plugs today for my dry eyes. I trust him and his staff completely. He checked my eyes when I was having issues during chemo and put my mind to rest. The staff worked me in quickly. He has the newest technology to give the best exam. Dr. Fallas, Liz and the staff are amazing and caring.

The moment I walked in the building, from the smiling staff to the "homey" decor, there was a feeling of welcome and comfort. The receptionist, medical assistants and technicians were all very friendly and professional, being sure to introduce themselves, explain what they were doing and answer any questions. Once I met Dr Fallas, there was no doubt that the entire environment, the level of care, concern, professionalism and sincerity are no accident. It is indeed a standard generated, encouraged and maintained from the top down! I am 67 years gold and have been wearing glasses since I was 5, so you can imagine how many eye doctor appointments I have had through the years. I can honestly say that Dr. Fallas stands head and shoulders among them all! He really takes the time to explain everything he's doing. He illustrates his points using scans, models, photos or anything else that's appropriate, to be sure you understand. And any questions you may have are thoroughly addressed and clarified. There is no doubt that he cares about you as a patient and as a person!
