The front desk staff was wonderful but I was VERY uncomfortable in the building and with the doctor. I use a wheelchair and the doctor came up behind me in the sitting area, didn't even call my name or get my attention, just grabbed the chair's handles and started pushing me to the back for my exam. He didn't ask if he could move me, didn't get my attention that he was there, he just decided I didn't deserve to decide for myself if I wanted help and was ready to go at that moment. This is the same as if he came up to an able bodied person from behind and, without saying he was there, grabbed their shoulders and started shoving them where he wanted them to go. This is INCREDIBLY disrespectful and I was uncomfortable for my entire appointment because of it. He had a massive dog in the exam room too and that is very unsanitary. I finished the exam and my spouse and I took our prescriptions elsewhere. Don't come here if you want someone to respect your personal space or autonomy if you are disabled.
