Lakeside Vision

This office saved my long weekend on Higgins Lake. Carrie, the lovely receptionist put me at ease. Her kindness and patience with me in a state of shock after realizing I’d forgotten contacts for the weekend ( I am from out of town) was top of the line. I am so grateful for their kindness and even willing to stay open while the power was out for me to come get a pair to last me the weekend. I will highly recommend this office to any friends or family in the area. Thanks again 😊

The office staff is very helpful and friendly. I called for an appointment because I was having pain and redness in my eye. I was able to be seen the same day. When I was seen by the doctor I was given a prescription for eye drops and was told to let him know if it didn’t get better. I called two days later because the pain increased. I was then told to go to the emergency room if the pain didn’t get better. It’s been over a week, the pain is still there and I’m afraid if I call they’re going to tell me to go to the emergency room. The doctor that was there before was much better, now I have to find another doctor. I won’t be going back there. Very disappointed!

This office has customer service like we had 40-50 years ago. They stand behind their product and warranties. I would not go anywhere else!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Bates is personable, professional and answered all of my questions and concerns during my eye exam. I feel confident that my eye health needs are being fully met. I highly recommend this practice!

Very knowledgeable staff. The facility is clean and well kept. They have a nice selection of glasses to choose from and were easy to work with. I've been using Lakeside Vision for a few years now and will continue to do so.
