Optometrist was good. Selection of frames not that great that day. Went in on a thursday to select frames. Told they were going to lunch at 2pm and come back later. Never went back

Entire staff was helpful and went out of their way to help me When I was hours away from my usual optometrist. Very grateful and will be back!

Dr. Johnson was very thorough and showed genuine care throughout my appointment. My eyeglass prescription was spot on. I will trust them with my eye care from here on.

You don’t even deserve this one star, I would give you a big fat zero for the worst experience I’ve ever had!! I’ve been wearing glasses for 40 years and this is the first horrible experience I had with your store! From delaying my glasses for a whole month, going from providing me with new frame to giving me an old frame on your display, to worst lenses quality I’ve ever seen in my life!! Got scratched after one week of purchase, going back to your store to fix YOUR problem and you acted like it’s all me and you’ll do me a favor to replace the scratched lenses, two days later the same scratch on the same lense on the same spot showed up!! Total scam!! Called your office manager, and she tries to claim that in her 20 years experience she never seen that claiming that polishing the lenses instead of replacing would alter the prescription! Well guess what madame! You actually did!! Scammers.worst products. Worst customer service. Do not go to this store.

I walked in here this morning in severe pain without an appointment and hadn’t been here in 10+ years they got me back immediately and fixed me up right away! Thank you so much West Branch Eye Care!
