This store has a happy,and positive environment. Each staff member I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable in their role. I received my glasses a few days earlier than expected as well. That was a fun surprise. I recommend visiting this store. Even if you don’t need glasses. Go shop for sunglasses. Just for the human experience of good vibes.
Made us wait a month for an appointment then rescheduled it for 2 weeks later then canceled after that. Terrible customer service. They randomly change the insurance that they accept also. Don’t waste your time here.
Everyone there is really friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for a lovely experience and making my little one feel comfortable through all stages of the exam.
Canceled my appointment with only 24 hour notice due to no doctor being scheduled. How was an appointment scheduled to begin with if no doctor is available. Terrible customer service.
