Very unprofessional and argumentative office administrator and subordinate. Unable and unwilling to admit they made a mistake in our level of care. Would not listen to our concerns with blatant disregard for the truth and actual events that took place during said care. Arrogant administration staff members escalated the conflict by explaining “they never make mistakes!”
My visit at Ogemaw Eye Institute was well organized and very professional. Each step of the exam was seamless, the technicians were quick to answer questions and explain the procedures which made me feel like I was involved in the process and not just another customer. I haven't received my glasses yet but plan to update my review after the fitting visit.
Emily checked us in and she was wonderful. Friendly and great at her job. Dr. Below was also great, friendly, has common sense and knows her job.
We are very happy with the office, everyone is very friendly and professional very caring and we have had good results here. Highly recommend all the Doctors here.
I've gone here for years.. since I was a kid and now I just took my 5yo daughter here. She was scared & crying but, they gave her a sucker after & she was so happy! Staff are always kind and helpful. Waiting time isn't bad either. I would definitely recommend.
