I am visiting from out of town and had a problem with my contacts. They gave me more than enough contacts to get me through at no charge. They were super friendly and helpful!
I see better with my old glasses than the new pair I just got. New glasses were suppose to be for near sightness with bifocal. Everything is blurry and when I told them so, "You have to look down through the bifocal to read!" Still blurry. "Let's adjust them on your face." Still blurry. I had to pay another $25 for the eye exam with the new glasses. Still blurry. "It's your stigmatizm..." Still blurry, I am unable to read the letters. "Give it a couple of days, if still blurry come back." I am.unable to look at books on the bookshelf at the library because the lens are wrong but... its me, my face, my eyes. Why would I come back when the doctor will have another excuse. But I have a pair of glasses I cant use.

He accepts a wide range of insurance, uses the highest tech machines to give a thorough exam, and shows patience when making sure you get the perfect prescription. They also not only have a huge selection of frames, but they custom cut your lenses on site so you know that your new glasses will be exactly what you need. I wouldn't go anywhere else after seeing the consistency and reliability Gladwin Optometric offers!
I had a great experience at Dr. Steven Trombley’s office today. I was in and out no problem. He was very efficient in my eye exam and for it being my first one ever, he also explained everything really well to me so I knew what was going on. They have a great selection of frames as well. I would recommend anybody to go here. My mom accompanied me to be my driver and she actually made an appt before we left.
Great office! Dr and staff were so amazing! I have never been able to put contacts in, Dr. Trombley and his staff sat with me for so a tremendous amount time and were so patient with me while they made sure I was able to put my own contacts in.
