It has been 6 yrs since I was able to go back to Family Eye Care and they treated me just like I never left. They are all very friendly and very professional and took extremely good care of me and my family. Dr. Stick took the time to explain everything to me. Never going any where else again.
I had my very first eye exam at Family Eye Care Associates, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain every part of the exam and testing process, which really helped put me at ease. What impressed me most was how smooth and organized everything was. From the eye exam itself to the testing and finally selecting my frames, every step was easy and enjoyable. The staff was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right pair of glasses. If you’re looking for an eye care office that provides excellent service and truly cares about its patients, I highly recommend Family Eye Care Associates. They made my first eye appointment an awesome experience!
I have gone to Family Eye Care for years. Always a great experience. Yesterday I went and again excellent customer service. Dr Breza was super nice. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Family Eye Care.
This was my first time at Family Eye. My kids have been coming here a few years. I switched over from another place because they were terrible! Dr Shick was AMAZING! Very thorough and spent a lot of time with me. I’ve honestly never had an eye exam so thorough! I have a lot of eye issues and he took his time to give me the best care. Very grateful! Also, the technician who did all the testing prior was awesome too! Very funny and personable. In fact! The whole staff rocks! Nice people! 10/10 recommend!
Great overall visit. I have been going to see Dr. Schick at Family Eye Care for many years. He is very professional and takes the time to answer any and all questions, that I have. Dr Schick, as well as all of the staff here are friendly and go out of their way to help you. I highly recommend this office.
