My husband and I had an excellent experience at Normandy Eye Center this afternoon. Our appointments were on-time—no waiting. The optometrist was clearly knowledgeable and we are confident our glasses will serve us well. Angel, who helps us with frames and payment, was helpful and efficient. There were no issues with insurance or billing. We can hardly wait for our new eye ware!
From the front desk to the lady who took me back, even at check-out, everything was beyond what I've ever experienced at an optical place. And no pressure in sales. I don't remember names, but I remember Angel because I told her of my favorite song, “Angels Among Us” by Alabama, & that's exactly what she was too. She was kind, professional, sweet & caring. Not many places reflect the kindness shown to me. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Believe me, it's more than the Battle of Normandy; in fact, there was no battle because everyone there was friendly. Now you're not going to battle with the same people on your side. Anyway, all fun aside, I was beyond happy at this place. Keep up the exceptional work.
It was my first time here, I was in and out quick. Angel helped me afterwards picking out a pair of glasses. She’s awesome and so helpful! Also very patient when people like me are very indecisive about what to get. I’ll be back
Great experience! Staff is very friendly and efficient. My son received a thorough eye exam and Angel helped him pick out new frames. The entire visit took about 45 minutes!
Always a great experience with Dr. Sesto! I will always cherish the fact that I was sent to him by Kresge Eye Institute. He has helped me with my dry eye issues when I was told by numerous doctors there was nothing that could be done. They were wrong. I was blessed to find him.
