I had my second follow up visit today with Dr. Guest. The staff here is so nice and Dr. Guest thouroughly explains what he is looking for during the exam and takes time to make you feel comfortable during the process. Every question was answered and I feel confident I am getting the best eye care there. Dr. Guest also successfully took care of my husbands cataracts last year. Highly recommend!
I was able to easily schedule a last minute appointment. I was having issues that I was concerned about after having cataract surgery in December. See that EXCELLENT review of my experience. Dr Guest listened attentively to my concerns. He then performed a thorough exam. He sat and explained his findings, in easy to understand terms, showed me pictures and also provided me with printed information. He answered every question completely. I left my appointment with a complete understanding of what was wrong, what to watch for and what my plan of care will be. From the person who scheduled my appointment, the technician that did my exam before I saw Dr Guest, the person who scheduled my next appointment and the ladies at check in and check out I could not have had a better experience!
Dr.Klien is amazing. Saving my eyesight. I will not switch Dr. Even after moving an hour and half away. He is definitely worth the drive. Everyone who works here is very professional and friendly. Highly recommend
I’ve been seeing the doctors here for many years but this practice seems to be changing. Cataract surgery definitely did not go as well as expected. And at the front desk, one person in particular, rather argue about payment that they believe is due, rather then having an insurance person come up and explain it to them, making the customer wait.
Dr. Klein and his excellent staff of nurses and representatives are OUTSTANDING. They care so much. They are attentive to the comfort of the patient at every moment. My surgery went well. From the beginning with Kathy the surgery consultant, to the nurses in the surgery center to most importantly Dr. Klein I was informed and cared for with an understanding of my anxiety and needs. I am supremely confident in Dr. Klein’s skill. He is the best and I am forever grateful he is my doctor.
