Black and White Look Optical

They are friendly and courteous however I'm very disappointed in their overall communication and reliability. I've been waiting on my glasses to be replaced due to the fact that they fractured the lenses it's been almost two months. Every time I call they tell me another day or two I called them today they indicated that they have the lenses and they should be ready tomorrow if not. I stopped him after that and said if they aren't ready by tomorrow just return my money. I've gotten no apologies no one calling me with updates totally not okay.

The big loud guy who fixes the glasses is super rude in a passive aggressive way. Because he was mad at me he made my daughter wait extra long for her glasses. The glasses were in house. Didn’t have to send them out. I was told under a week. It was way longer and every time we called he said they weren't ready. We waited til the next week and another worker said they been ready. We had been calling everyday and was being lied to. Totally unnecessary. We did nothing to u sir. Do better

The glass in the prescription appeared the same as the original except with a tint. When I returned them the professional was far different than the original visit. Far less " welcoming and bordered on rude.They also didn’t open on time. I will not return a 3rd time. I visited others and chose this establishment because it's a black business, instead of the ones I've visited in the past. I cannot recommend this optical.

Been going here for over 10 plus years family operated. Only place I get my glasses they cut and customize my frames to my liking so you will never see anyone with your glasses… they never disappoint best place I recommend to everyone that compliments my glasses!!!

I’ll never ever go back to black & white again the dude with the locs in his head rush me through my 5 mins exam, the heavy set guy & older lady the sit at front table they be over charging/ using up your vision funds so be aware! Well never referred no one to them & never will come back there. I wish I can take back this one star I give them if I could…..
