I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice! They are warm, professional, organized, and timely. Their office is clean and welcoming. I recently started going here after having a floater in my left eye and ended up having to have a laser eye procedure with Dr. Connor. He made me feel so at ease through the whole process and clearly explained every step he was going to take. Also, he always asks how you are as a whole person (not just your eye) and thanks you for allowing him to take care of you, which no other healthcare provider has ever said to me. The rest of the team members I have interacted with are all great, too. I would highly recommend becoming a patient here!

I have been going to Family Eye Care Center for many years. And since 2020, I live 2 and 1/2 hours away and my husband and I still continue to go there for annual visits. My cataract surgery 10 years ago went smoothly and I continue with see remarkably well. We love Allyx as our provider. She is upbeat, professional, incredibly knowledgeable and quite caring. I highly recommend Family Eye care Center & Optical Gallery in Westford, MA. This operation is run so Efficiently! It’s one stop shopping to perfect Vision. All testing, measurements, dilation & photos of the Eyes & surgeries are done @ this beautiful facility. Extremely professional, pleasant, knowledgeable & caring employees as well. Dr Connor was highly recommended to me by my primary care. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen & that’s unheard of these days.

I had an eye that was scratched while working in our yard. I called Family Eye Care Center. They made an appointment right away for me. Dr Hiuwa was very kind and thoreau as she did different test. She made me feel comfortable by explaining what she was doing. I was concerned that I might lose my vision. She told me that I was fine and it will take a couple of weeks for my eye to heal. Every one at the desks made my visit easy . I didn’t have to wait long to see Dr. Hiuwa.
