My appointment went great! The staff were polite and courteous. The eye Doctor was professional, polite and informed me of everything she was doing and why she was doing it. I was their first client of the day and everything went smooth. I was in and out within an hour with a complete checkup. I am a type II diabetic who needs annual eye exams and Gateway Vision is now going to be my new provider because of the courteous, professional, and expedient care I received. Thank you

Very nice people. Great exam. Very thorough and informative. Grateful. Only thing, I wish insurance and coverage would have been in a more private setting where medicaid coverage is an embarrassing subject in front of other clients.

I had a great experience at Gateway Vision in Westford. They got me in for an appointment quickly, and the exam itself was thorough and unhurried. The doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything clearly along the way, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Highly recommend if you're looking for an eye doctor in the area!

This was my first exam visit to Gateway and they are now my go-to for all things optical. The retinal camera alone is a game-changer—no more dilated pupils! But it was really the overall seamlessness of the experience and the friendly but clearly expert guidance I received during the exam and at the glasses counter that will keep me coming back. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

Eye exam was good but the salesman was rather off putting—I’ve had the same frames for years ordered online, and wanted to take the time in person to try on some new shapes to maybe buy a backup pair. I told him I’ve had these frames for years and enjoy them, and he instantly suggested I look for something “more flattering”. I ended up leaving after he begged me to make a purchase that day to take advantage of their prices without recommending a single pair.
