experience has been very disappointing. During my first year, I was told that if I bought an annual supply of contact lenses, I would receive $100 off my next purchase. Unfortunately, no one informed me that the offer expired after 60 days. When I went back this year, the first issue was being charged $150 as a “new patient” even though I had already been there before. Their explanation was that it was considered a new business. I also asked about the $100 credit I was promised. They told me they would email someone about it and call me back once they had an answer. I waited 2 weeks and never received a call. When I called today to follow up, I was placed on hold and then transferred to a completely different location for some reason. The lady there basically told me there wasn’t much she could do either. At that point, I asked them to remove me from their roster because this whole experience has been ridiculous — being charged as a “new patient,” getting no help with the $100 rebate, being transferred to another location, and having no manager step in to resolve anything.
Staff is super friendly and there is a good selection of frames of all prices. I heard everyone speaking Spanish too which is a plus! Dr. Horak knows his stuff and the visits never take too long.
My first visit in 2024 was okay even though I got third party glasses. Going there in August 2025 my prescription was messed up. Up till now I can’t read small prints. I visited the office and the attendant told me I would have to pay $50 for their mistake to be rectified. What a shame. Lack of professionalism.
Great service and staff. My son has been going there for years and loves. The optometrist was very nice and friendly. He explained everything to myself and my son.
