I have used Family Eye Care of O’Fallon for the last 10-15 years, except for the brief time when my insurance did not cover them. As soon as my insurance changed I went back and am very satisfied with their service. Dr Ernst’s gentle and personable demeanor makes you feel at ease and he is the type of doc that wants to make sure your prescription works for you. He is a fantastic leader with a big heart and I am grateful to have access to his expertise.

We started coming here about 4 years ago when my insurance changed. I have been extremely happy ever since the change. With a large family and the majority wearing glasses, having an office I can trust with amazing customer service is a win! I would highly recommend 10 out of 10

This was my first time ever visiting this Business. The moment I walked into the front door, I was greeted by smiling faces and a warm welcome. Since I filled out the paperwork ahead of time online, it made the checking in process seamless. Dr. Regal, was hands down the best optometrist I've ever met. I learned so much about my eyes, their health and other important things. I had no idea that a persons eyes could tell so much about not just eye health, but other things that could be a warning sign within your body. The check out process was just as seamless as the check in and I am very pleased to say, that I would definitely go back for my yearly check up and glasses. Thank you so much for a wonderful first time experience. I felt welcomed, comfortable and informed from the moment I checked in, to my eye testing, to seeing the doctor and checking out. What an amazing team and experience.

We just moved to the area and needed to do an eye examination for my daughter to start kindergarten. This was her first eye exam experience and I couldn’t have been happier. We saw Dr. Ernst and he was just amazing with my daughter. He did a great job explaining what he was doing, giving her instructions and making the exam fun. She even got to pick a prize from the treasure chest afterwards. Highly recommend this clinic. We will definitely be back!

We recently returned to the area and are in the process of establishing new doctors, dentists and optometrists. I knew exactly where I wanted to go for optometry! Dr Kelli Crago has provided the best care anyone could ask for! Highly recommend the entire staff!
