I bought glass is there for years and this is the last time. Took me over a month to get my glasses. Turns out they were sitting there the whole time. Some of the staff is fine. But others don't even acknowledge you. Sit there on their phone while you're standing at the counter and don't even acknowledge you. They need a lot better customer service. It used to be pretty good but it is gone down to one star. The other problem is they have a very limited number of frames. I wish I had gone somewhere else.

Everyone was very accomidatingwith me as I was in a lot of pain with my back. They were patient and professional. The optometrist explained my eyes and worked with me on getting glasses. Great job everyone!!!

If you need help picking out frames the go to girl is Alexis. I told her I wanted wire frames. I sat down and she kept bringing me glasses to try on. She worked with me for about an hour until we found a pair that fit. Thanks again for your great customer service.

I'm so glad I found this place! In the past, anytime I would go to these eye doctor chains, the experience wasn't good. The staff was rude, I had a long wait, etc. Everyone at this Shiloh location have been so nice and helpful every time I come in. This is definitely new regular eye doctor. A+

Everybody at Clarkson Eye was very friendly personable. There was such smiles on their face. Dr. stacks was awesome. We really really like her.
