It's on the 3rd floor and the directory on the 1st floor doesn't work. They have an elevator and stairs. Seems like they have everything you'd need for glasses. Large selection of frames with a large gamut of prices. Saw prices from around $170 and way beyond. Many frames are not priced at all and you'll have to ask for the price. There's also a basket you put the frames you've tried on already so they can be recleaned for all the germophobes out there. Everything is still very new and clean in the building. There are restrooms on each level of the building too. Staff is very friendly and there were up to 3 other customers in the store with us.

The staff on entering the office are very welcoming. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining every step of the visit. My Dr gave me a feeling as if he wasn’t having the best Monday but hey it was still an informative visit for a first time patient. Would I recommend, ABSOLUTELY!!! They got me in pretty last minute and didn’t give any hassle.
I made an appointment a year ago for my routine appointment. Once I arrived, receptionist stated they had double booked because I didn’t confirm through text message. Text message states to call to reschedule, I never rescheduled. I also called a few weeks and spoke to receptionist to remind me of my appointment. The client who arrived after me stated “Thank you for letting me know of the early appointment.” I did not receive a phone call or text today asking if I would not be in today or to reschedule. If a client does not call to inform you they will not be in, do not “ double book or inconvenience them.” I drove from St. Louis, Mo. I ask that you at least call and confirm that a client will not be in before you double book and inconvenience that client. I noticed I received a reminder text a week ago while working. Phones are not allowed in my department.
I have gone to Dr Hamm for many years and trust his opinions and advice. I had many questions about cataract surgery which he took the time to patiently answer. The office staff is great too. They were able to get me in to see Dr Hamm quickly and helped me get my records from somewhere else very quickly also.
My husband and I both had our visits on the same day and we just picked up our glasses today. The doctor was really good very thorough very kind and their staff is amazing very friendly. I recommend this place to anyone. We are so thrilled with our glasses and with the treatment that we got very friendly.
