Family Eye Clinic

I never leave reviews on anything, but I had such a good experience here today that I actually want to write a positive review! I haven't been to the eye doctor in about a decade, and a major reason why was because I was scared of going. I had a lot of scary experiences at the eye doctor when I was a kid, so it stuck with me even as I grew up. Dr. Lee was very understanding, kind, and made me feel SO much more relaxed about something I was really anxious about. We even had a pleasant conversation through the exam, and I didn't have to get my eyes dilated at all (that was a big thing fuelling the anxiety for me)! I was also surprised that I actually picked a pair of frames here afterward! I'm pretty picky, but I actually found a really cute pair I'm excited about. I'll definitely be coming to see Dr. Lee again, and I don't think it will be a whole decade until that happens lol! ☺️

I am a returning customer and will continue to be. I’ve had my exams done by Dr. Lee and highly recommend her. I chose a pair of Oakley titanium frames for my new prescription. Lightweight but sturdy, i hardly notice I’m wearing them. After a few days of wearing my new glasses I wasn’t sure if my eyes weren’t adjusting to my new prescription lenses so they had me stop in and looked at them for me. New lenses were made and I feel like I was given new eyes. I’m so happy with my new glasses. And so thankful for all the kind friendly customer service I’ve always received. True professionals in their trade and that’s why I return and highly recommend Family Eye Clinic in Federal Way. Thank you all!

Very Happy with my thorough eye exam from Dr. Laura Lee. All my questions were promptly addressed. Alan Lynch was also very professional in assisting me with the frames and features. My new glasses were ready a week ahead of schedule. I strongly recommend Family Eye Clinic to anyone in need of glasses .
