From the front desk staff to the doctors, this office is so pleasant and easy to work with. I was able to get a same day appointment for a worrying eye issue and Dr. Stimson's exam was very thorough. She explained in detail what the issue was and how to fix it. I highly recommend this office for your eye care needs.
I needed an appointment to confirm no retina involvement with a new issue. They immediately offered appointment time. From my first call into the staff through the process of dilation, imaging and examination, I was treated with respect and compassion. I value the staff and have known Dr. Durkin for years. I trust this team with my vision!
Dr. Durkin quickly identified a problem, i had with my eye, and came up with an excellent solution. His staff was professional, efficient, and very personable. The whole experience was excellent.

Over the last year this place has really changed. The new optical person cannot get my glasses right and I have left numerous messages trying to get ahold of the manager. I get transferred supposedly to them; however, no one answers or returns calls.
