Every time I have been here and each Dr. whom I have seen as well as the entire staff have been cordial and very calming to be around. There was no wait today as there were limited patients being seen. The office is inviting as well as the waiting area. I especially like that it is very clean and I feel very comfortable being in every area of the facility.

I had an excellent experience at Akron ( Merriman Valley ) with Dr. Alex Jones and staff. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, organized, and attentive. The check‑in process was smooth, and I never felt rushed at any point during my visit. The optometrist and staff was thorough, patient, and genuinely invested in my eye health. They took the time to explain each part of the exam, answer my questions clearly. Dr Jones has a professional friendly, approachable manner. He was caring and attentive and handled a complex problem with skill . I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding service.

I would have give this 5 stars if the check-in procedure weren’t so rigorous! After completing the advanced check-in online, I went to the window where more questions had to be answered. But the killer was … after all of THAT to have to scan a barcode on a stand (no clue how this is done but another patient helped me)….which asked another raft of questions…all of this is supposedly designed to “save time”. It’s a pain in the backside. Dr. Briggs was fabulous in every way, once the gate was unlocked and I was able to get into the actual patient area.

I am extremely impressed with the Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons! I had cataract surgery in both eyes and my vision is wonderful. I just had my final appointment with them today, and they gave me the all clear. And of course, after cataract surgery, you typically need a new prescription for your glasses and so they did an eye check and sent it to my eye doctor. Not only are they extremely skilled, but they are just plain nice! I highly recommend them.

I had a very good experience at NEO Eye Surgeons! Everyone, from start to finish, was friendly, supportive, and helpful. Dr Willet asked, and answered, questions, clarifying my situation and the subsequent treatment. I felt comfortable and confident under his care. I highly recommend Dr Willet and the whole practice.
