Every time I have been here and each Dr. whom I have seen as well as the entire staff have been cordial and very calming to be around. There was no wait today as there were limited patients being seen. The office is inviting as well as the waiting area. I especially like that it is very clean and I feel very comfortable being in every area of the facility.

The doctor was good, but unfortunately, my experience with the front-desk staff at the Fairlawn location was very disappointing. I took my son for an eye appointment, and I had a question about the billing/insurance. When I made the appointment by phone, I was told that the visit would go through our vision insurance. However, the receptionist told me it was considered a medical condition. I simply asked for clarification because I had received different information over the phone. Instead of explaining or checking further, she waved her hand, turned away from me, and told her colleague that she could not deal with me anymore. I was only asking the same question for the second time because I wanted to clearly understand the situation. The waiting time was also extremely long. Our appointment was at 10:15 AM, and we arrived at 10:05 AM. The nurse did not take us back until around 11:09 AM, and then we waited another hour before seeing the doctor. The entire visit took about 2.5 hours. Dr. Zaczyk was good, and that was the positive part of our experience. However, the way I was treated at the front desk was very unpleasant. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to this location.

I had a very good experience at NEO Eye Surgeons! Everyone, from start to finish, was friendly, supportive, and helpful. Dr Willet asked, and answered, questions, clarifying my situation and the subsequent treatment. I felt comfortable and confident under his care. I highly recommend Dr Willet and the whole practice.

I would like to thank *Dr Sherman and his team for making my nephews eye exam a pleasant experience. Ashley is disabled and can be extremely difficult to treat. However they were patient and kind with him. I highly recommend this establishment if you are in need of eye care

I’ve been going to NEOES for years for regular eye exams but just recently had cataract surgery on both eyes through them. Everyone I’ve dealt with at the office and the surgery center have been exceptional! To all of the staff at the Fairlawn office and the St Clare Surgery Center - thank you for the great care. And to Dr Pipitone and Dr Daroszewski - thank you for taking such good care of my eyes! I highly recommend you!
