The staff was very welcoming and good energy. Perfect first impression. The tech staff were very patient and professional during their evaluation. Dr Baumer is a very good listener and did not multitask. In addition, he addressed my questions and was thorough with his procedures. Well done !

This was absolutely a wonderful experience. I was very pleased with Dr Baumen's examination and he was so thorough with my emergency visit. He put my mind at ease and made me feel sure that I was at the right place to get my eyes examined. The office staff was very nice and helpful from start to finish! I will definitely refer this office to anyone who is looking for the best in eye care!!!

Had a painful eye that I didn’t want to suffer through the whole weekend with. Called on a Friday and luckily they could see me in Akron office. Dr. Ryan did an exam and found my problem quickly and explained it all. Some eye drops and an appointment in a week to ck on progress was made. Everyone was efficient and pleasant to work with. Very pleased.
