My husband and I recently attended our annual exam and had a truly wonderful experience. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, and our clinician, Ida, was exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, and thorough, taking the time to answer all of our questions with care. The doctor was excellent as well. We’ve been coming to this office for several years and continue to be impressed—we would highly recommend their team.

Great clinic dr. Adams is the best! One item only that bothered me, I really wish I would have been told ahead of time if I even talk about contacts or say "sure why not" to the offer of sample contacts when prompted it would cost me $60. I have plenty of contacts still and had no intent on getting new ones today. I even stated that I have contacts still, and didn't want new ones if not needed. It was a bit annoying, others may not have been able to afford that even when surprised at the end of a visit. Still the office compared to others I've been is still generally great. I'd continue to go regardless because Dr. Adams really listens.

My husband and I have been patient a family eyecare for at least 10 years. The practice is well organized, everybody’s friendly, things to run smoothly, and the pricing is affordable. We see Dr. Doug Adams as our optometrist. In the last couple years, I developed a significant dry eye as a result of partial facial paralysis. issue. I was miserable with my dry eye until I went and saw Dr. Adams who prescribed and fitted me with a sclera lens contact. In short, that changed my life. I have come to find out that a lot of people with facial paralysis don’t even know about a sclera lens so I’m especially grateful to Dr Adams for his knowledge in helping me with this unique problem.

Dr. Farris was highly recommended by a friend. Dr. Farris is very knowledgeable with an easy-going manner. He also takes the time to explain the test results. Everyone I've encountered at Family Eyecare Specialists Nampa has been nice and professional. Optician Rylee went above and beyond in helping me select new glasses and by making some adjustments.

Very clean with an upscale professional feel. Everyone is knowledgeable and seems to enjoy their job. Dr. Farris has been a 10/10 experience for the last several years for my family and I. I have interacted with all three locations and have had the similar experiences.
