One star due to the fact the came on 7/11/26 at 9 am when thats the time said would be open get there and there is a little sign saying be back at 10AM very unprofessional if times are not accurate need changed
I had an eye exam and purchased glasses from this location. The exam and purchase went great. I got all the coatings and paid extra for anti scratch. Got a scratch on my glasses. I was told it is normal wear and they wouldn't replace them. Why did I pay extra for scratch protection? I'll never buy another pair from Walmart they are just a ripoff. I have a backup pair that I got from an online dealer who have been 100% happier with their customer service than Walmart. From now on, they can do the exam, and I'll order my glasses online.
Doctor and staff for exam were amazing and super friendly and caring but when it came down to ordering my glasses, the guy kept telling me my glasses would be way more than i expected to pay so when I asked why, he told me everything he automatically put in the system for my glasses and I told him I didn’t want any coating or warranty etc but he kept trying to upsell me the whole time before I finally told him I didn’t want anything else. Ordering my glasses took way longer than it needed to because of his upselling attempts. Pretty obvious he makes commissions. But even after he tried making me feel bad for choosing normal glasses with no coatings. Will not be coming back.
