The exam took over 70 min as the team struggled to get the machine to work with a remote doctor. They consistently dismissed my daughter who kept telling them she was seeing double, and me suggesting that there might be something wrong with the machine. Finally, the remote doctor joined and identified that a setting was tripped in the machine that shouldn't have been. It them took them another 15 min to reset everything. All in all, a very poor and lengthy experience. I will not be going back and will not be using their remote doctor system again.

The employees at Pearl Vision in Boulder were very busy when I visited and at first had a hard time answering all my questions. Yet after receiving feedback from me on my frustration regarding this, they made every effort to correct what frustrations I experienced and was not able to communicate. In the end I was very happy with their response to my feedback and found their follow-up went above and beyond what I have experienced at similar chain retailers. After further conversations with the sales people I felt more than satisfied with their attention to customer feedback. I will go back to this location again for glasses and/or contacts.
