Went in for an eye urgent care appointment, the team and doctor were incredibly kind and helpful! I typically only see them once per year for exams, but will continue to go for additional medical care as well.
Dr. Fields was very nice and explained everything well. My only issue was I asked for a receipt for my visit and was told it would be emailed and have not received it 6 hours later
This is the third time my wife has come to pickup her eyeglasses ($500) only find out the eye glass order was screwed up by the staff. We live 40 from the store. So that’s 40 mile drive to and another 40 mile back to only need to do it again after the next time the glasses come in. The workers, in my opinion, don’t pay attention to the details and the staff come and go like a cheap gas station. I’ve had a similar experience in the past but thought they may have e improved, they haven’t. After we finally get my wife’s glasses correct we will be former customers.
Dr. Fields and staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have many frames to choose for glasses including Sunglasses. I highly recommend this pearl vision office. I have visited for eight years and would not go anywhere else for my vision care.
Enjoyed the staff. They were all so nice. The doctor didn’t rush me, and I felt comfortable to ask questions without feeling like I needed to hurry. Will go back!
