Very professional, and kept the environment friendly/ fun to be involved with. Kept us informed about our progress with vision, and how we could proceed with getting new contacts or glasses.

Cassandra at the front desk was absolutely delightful. She was informative, friendly and super considerate. And she said everything with a smile. You could tell she liked her job and wasn’t just there for a paycheck. The doctor (I think his name was Dr. Nome) that saw me was very personable and considerate. Did an excellent job in explaining everything to me and what the procedures and my options were. I would recommend them.

Dr. F is incredible. He did not just go through the motions of an eye exam but educated me and talked to me about the multiple options, the technology, explained pictures of the back of my eye to me, answered all my relevant and irrelevant questions, without insulting my intelligence, and made me feel comfortable after having the same doctor for 20 years and then switching. I did not get the receptionist’s name but she was phenomenal. She created a customer experience that you just don’t see these days. Usually it’s very robotic and just a business transaction. But she listened to my preferences, explained my benefits, and helped me choose the best financial options for myself, not just for the business. This will definitely be our new optometrist! I’m so excited to get my new glasses and 50% off my contact order! Thank you both so incredibly much! I was so nervous and you made it effortless.

Cassandra at the front desk is always pleasant and willing to help in any way. Doctor Fingerman is top notch in that he has a sense of humor, makes you feel extremely comfortable during your eye exam, and is also very patient. I cannot say enough good things about this team of eye professionals and I look forward to seeing them again on my next visit.
