Dr Lepley and staff are extremely friendly.and know a great deal about my eye condition. It’s an happy, friendly environment and a place I don’t mind being at. Unlike other atmospheres nowadays. A huge step up from my previous eye care office. Glad I’ve found the best.
Always have an Amazing experience here! Dr Hammes is an excellent doctor who takes time explaining things with you and answering your questions and concerns. His staff are always happy to help! Staff is will to help pick out frames and help with the hard decision. Always feel like I’m more than a number here, feel like I’m part of their family. The staff is always friendly, helpful, upbeat and professional. Katie handled my prework before I saw Dr. Hammes - she was superb. Devin has done my prework on some of my other appointments. He didn't have me as a patient this time, but he greeted me by name and asked how I was doing. Dr. Hammes is always very positive and upbeat - he has a great bedside manner. I'm thankful and glad to have him as my optometrist.
Family Focus is a very well-organized facilty, with appointments usually kept on time, and an emphasis on quality patient care. They have a good selection of eye wear, with no pressure to buy sometime you don't want or need.
0 stars if I could! I made an appointment for an eye exam on the phone. I told them that I was a new patient with no insurance. They said it would be $110. It was higher than everybody else but they said that they had an opening on Monday. I go there for the appointment and they said that new patient exams are $210. I said that you told me on the phone it would be $110. They said sorry it's $210. I said cancel my appointment and walk out. Called Vision works in West Bend and got an appointment this Thursday for new patient eye exam for $69.
