I am only giving one star because I have to. I have seen a few nurse practitioners there. They are not helpful and want to spend 5 minutes with you and just throw medication at you without actually caring about what you have going on. I had a provider tell me that we just live with pain with no true cause because I’ve had chronic pain for years. Another provider refused to fill out dmv handicap placard paperwork for my son because he said he only does those for kids in wheel chairs and refuses to do them for kids with autism. They have treated me with nothing but disrespect. It’s exhausting dealing with this practice. You will leave with no answers and more health problems than you came with due to the stress that they cause you. They don’t have any actual MD’s. An NP there also asked me what I want her to do about my health. I responded with I don’t know you are the doctor. She said she’s not a doctor just a nurse practitioner. All around terrible care. If you enjoy being stressed out, this is the place for you.

I was having a very hard time dealing with my anxiety and women’s health issue. My new provider Amneet was so attentive, helpful and compassionate that half of my stress went away just knowing I can rely on someone like that. I wish this kind of provider for everyone.
My experience with Hanford Family HealthCare Network has been consistently frustrating, especially when it comes to basic patient care follow-through. I really wish I could switch doctors without Medi-Cal disrupting my current medical referrals! One of the biggest issues that I have experienced is simple medication refills. Something as simple as sending a prescription to a pharmacy routinely turns into a drawn-out process of errors, delays, or prescriptions not being sent correctly the first, second, or even third time. It often takes several phone calls just to get a basic refill handled, which I feel is absolutely unacceptable for a healthcare provider. Communication has also been unreliable several times. The providers will make unapproved medical appointments for you, for medical checkups which I have specifically stated I didn’t need. For a medical network, the lack of efficiency and consistency in handling everyday patient needs (at least in adult care) has been an extremely disappointing experience for me. The lack of professionalism and quality of care from some of the staff at this facility has also fallen very short of acceptable. I recently found out that one of the nurses in the adult care unit falsified medical information in my health documents and the hospital has had to open an investigation into it. I am overall extremely disappointed in the lack of responsibility taken by staff. I haven’t been a patient at this medical office for very long, but I definitely expected a much higher standard of organization and reliability from the physicians and office staff, and unfortunately that has not been my experience at all. It’s extremely disappointing that the healthcare in this country has fallen so far and gotten so bad. They must just let anyone and their mother work I’m the medical field nowadays… I will most definitely be switching providers at the end of this whole debacle! I cannot trust this facility to provide me the medical care that is necessary for my ongoing health. I highly do NOT recommend becoming a patient at this healthcare facility! Do yourself a huge favor and find a different medical office to provide you with your desired medical care…
Im tired of not being listened to. Having my symptoms and issues downplayed because Im too "young"...5 doctors and not a single one listened to me... I ended up being hospitalized for 4 days. Things are getting worse and they dont care. There is no urgency from them nor the referral dept. Even spoke to a supervisor... he also blew me off. He was polite but I could tell that he was also dismissing me. Ive been going here since 2014 and have never had such BS happen until the last 2 years.
Cons: Lacks professionalism in some departments, keep in mind they may deny you services or simply kick you out once they see you sit down and tell them your symptoms. Both times the doctors seemed in a rush. I went in for heart pain due to anxiety and they gave me a number for DUI/alcohol and drug programs. I am 18 and don’t even drink or have my license. They didn’t even check my heart!! I’d rather never be a patient at this clinic again. Hope they both get fired and hire REAL doctors that actually want to help people feel better. Pros: has their own pharmacy
