This review is regarding the office staff, not the doctors. I have been coming here for years and have never had such a poor experience as I did yesterday. I brought my daughter in to purchase prescription sunglasses, and the staff member who took us to the glasses area was very unpleasant. She confirmed that we were there to buy sunglasses. I said yes, and she replied, “Okay, pick a pair and I’ll be back.” After we chose a pair, we waited about 15 minutes while she stood across the room having a personal conversation with another staff member. The other employee eventually noticed we were ready and told her she thought we were waiting. When she finally came over, she took the frames and said, “You want these as sunglasses?” I confirmed yes. She then walked away without another word. About five minutes later she came back to ask if we wanted scratch protection and other add-ons, then walked away again. Another five minutes later she returned with a paper showing the amount we owed. When we went to the front to pay, the employee assisting us there was also very rude. I asked if I would be able to reuse my frames in the future. She responded abruptly, “Well you can, but if they get broken in the lab we aren’t responsible.” I explained that I was just curious because I like my frames and didn’t see a reason to buy the same ones again. While I was speaking, she turned around mid-conversation and started talking to another employee behind her. She eventually came back, handed me the receipt, and said we would receive a text when the glasses were ready. I’m not sure if the treatment was because I didn’t spend $500+ during this visit, but the experience was extremely disappointing. After I pick up my daughter’s sunglasses, I will not be returning to this office.

The office staff is amazing and always friendly. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Called to see if I could get an appointment, was asked if I had been there before it had been a while but I had been a frequent. Was told they don’t do medical emergencies for non established patients, how am i supposed to be an established patient if I got turned away.

My insurance recently changed, and I read great reviews about this place, plus a few of my co-workers recommended it. However, when I called, I waited on the phone for 10 minutes only to find out that there's a wait time of two almost three months for new patients. If you're considering this place, be aware that you will need to wait that long for an appointment. No offense to the doctors. I guess that's a good sign for business, but not a good one for people in search of new providers.

Ok, I have been coming to this office since I was young, and I know that people who work there come and go but I want to share my experience. I made an appointment yesterday for today but when I arrived at the office there was no record of me making the appointment. I didn't ask for a name when I booked the appointment that was on me. I was upset, I wanted to make another appointment but I left because I just wanted to get out of the office. Remember always ask for a name when booking appointments at this office.
