Elite Eye Care at 395 Jay St. is definitely the worst eye care business I've ever been to my glasses were supposed to be ready a week ago, they literally made the wrong prescription OMG I couldn't see out of those glasses, I went back today the young woman gave me the glasses I can barely see out of them WOW I cannot believe the horrible service at Elite Eye Care 395 Jay St. Bklyn, and to think I had to pay them $50.00 WOW, do yourself a favor don't go there. Lesson Learned.

Made an appointment with them for contact less checkup 1:20, got delayed due to street closure and traffic and entered at 1:31 and was not able to see the doctor even though I called to inform them. Spent $40 on uber to get there so absolutely avoid this place unless you want to waste time and money.

I am giving 4 stars for Dr Steven's and her assistant ONLY ! The girl who works the front desk on Fridays who is spanish is VERY VERY RUDE! No customer service skills whatsoever she needs to work on her people skills or leave the job. DR Steven's and her assistant were very professional and explained everything. I would recommend going there strictly for them . But if you have to deal with the secretary than just avoid the place all together.

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff! The initial eye exam went great, but when I went back to pick up my glasses the prescription was way too strong! When trying to explain to DR. MARKIEL YAKUBOV that my prescription was too strong, he replied that the prescription was already reduced, and tried to make it seem like I was wrong and crazy! DO NOT waste your money on this place! I will be going to Walmart to get my glasses correctly prescribed!

Good doctors but shady billing and services added on. I have insurance that covers my appointment but they are never clear on what is additional and what’s not. There are much better optometrists around.
