The best optometry experience I’ve ever had—friendly, inviting, and highly professional. It was my first time visiting an eye care specialist, and I appreciated how thorough and attentive the staff was. I left the clinic with my contact lenses fitted and ready to wear on the same day, which made the entire process convenient and efficient.
Dr Poon was delightful and handled everything with ease and care. The final step, picking out frames and going over everything was also easy and the woman who helped ( I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) was also very nice and helpful. An overall great experience!
Love this place! Leanne’s attention to detail when fitting the glasses to my head was wonderful, and Megan was super helpful. Oh… and I’m loving my new glasses💙 This was my second time coming here, and it was time for a refresh- I love the selection here!
There see me in a timely manner and always pleasant. They are meticulous finding the correct glasses frame. They give option that fit your budget. They don't try to sell the mist expensive product. They're are patient centered
