Dr.Hayes and Jess were a pleasure to work with. Jess got me in for an appointment within a week of me contacting her and was friendly both on the phone and in person. I appreciated Dr.Hayes laid back approach while also being thorough and it definitely seemed that she had her patients best interest at heart.
My wife and I have been coming here for years, always a great experience. I cheaped out and tried C****O and regretted it. Needless to say my eyes are happy to be back with Dr Hayes!
I love Dr. Hayes! I've been seeing her for years, minus one year my insurance changed. During that time it became glaringly obvious how much better her level of service and care is compared to other places. Needless to say I'm back at her location and not going anywhere!
Dr. Hayes is AMAZING. I have a complicated optical situation, and she has done an amazing job fitting me with contact lenses that are more comfortable than any I have had in recent memory. She also took the time to explain everything about my condition to me in detail. Highly, Highly recommend her.
Not only is this place affordable but, they are all very nice and professional. I received my new glasses in less than a week! Best glasses and exam that I have had in years!
